Registering a complaint

Shawnee is a great place full of great people, students, faculty, and staff alike. However, sometimes things go less than perfect or communication breaks down. When that happens, it is good to know that there are people ready to listen and intervene if necessary.

Academic and classrom complaints

Academic and classroom complaints should begin with the instructor. If this is not possible, the next step would be the department chair, followed by the dean.
