Class roster / emailing class

Aviso

1. Log into Aviso with your campus Microsoft credentials
2. On the “Home” section, you will see all of the courses assigned to you.
3. Select the course to display a roster of all students registered for that course.
4. You can select individual or all students to message.
5. When the message modal window appears, check “Send to” both Institutional and Personal Emails.

Unfortunately, Aviso may not be synced and current with the actual roster on J1.

Blackboard

Blackboard should be current and syncced with J1. Currently, this is the best way to connect to your class.
